Wish this app worked, the search function for address is broken

I spent 15 minutes trying to input my address, but keep getting the “You are outside the home address boundary area” error.

When I look at the map, it has me pinned in the UK, even though I am an American staying in Rio.

Bummer.

Terrible app

I tried to use this app in both Sofia and Varna and it could not find any address I tried to enter. When I went to use the pin to select my location it was always out of their range no matter where in either city I selected.

Location location location

This app is the biggest load of rubbish!!!! I have tried to download this and register a location, but the app will not accept my location, will not accept the network location and puts me in a different continent. Such a pain to try and use a basic service!!!!

SCAM! Beware

I used thier app in Istanbul for laundry and they never came to pick it up. I contacted the number on Google maps and the private laundromat told me that Jeff has been not paying them and taking clients money. After several attempts to contact them failed I now have to turn to amex to get my refund. I still had to separately pay the private company they outsource to get my laundry done. DO NOT USE.

Not working correctly

Trying to use it for the first time in Antigua Guatemala. Location keeps defaulting to England. It won’t find my location (I have location service enabled). So I have a very clunky time moving the map across the globe to where I am and it says I’m outside the service area for a laundry I know operates in my area. Waste of time.

Totally wrong and screwed

I used them before. I just sent an order and they charged my credit card but they no longer exist. They set up a pickup time and everything! Now I have to fight to get my money back.

Scammed out of my laundry money :( no response anywhere

¿Es esto una estafa? Nunca se recogió la ropa pagada, el soporte y la tienda nunca respondieron. Me he contactado como 5 veces en la aplicación, el correo electrónico y Linkedin.

I tried to order laundry service in Vietnam. My laundry was never picked up but Mr Jeff billed my credit card anyway. Contacted the store via text and radio silence - not even sure it's even open for business.

Mr Jeff support is nonexistent. If the local business you book decides to ignore you, you're out of luck.

I've contacted them 4-5 times via email, the app, and Linkedin - absolutely no response.

Stay away unless you want to donate to a poorly run tech company!

The charge for laundry was also 3x what it would have cost just going to a local laundromat. Definitely never using this app again.

Current version bug makes app unusable

On 4.74.2 (1)

When clicking on the laundry category a “your order” drawer slides up with no way of dismissing it - making the entire bottom bottom half of the UI unusable.

Once that bug is triggered, it persists no matter where you navigate to. Force quitting the app doesn't help; while the landing page shows on relaunch - going to the laundry category triggers it again.

Scam!

They never picked up my clothes. They charged me the monthly subscription fee but no one would pick up the phone and the app does not let you cancel your membership. You have to call but when you call no one answers. Horrible app

Not on schedule

The first time I ordered they came to pickup on time and delivered as scheduled. The last two orders I had waited over an hour over the scheduled time. Last order I waited for 1.5 hrs and they came 2.5hrs later. Is not good when you have your life scheduled to be able to comply with all your obligations. The service of ironing and dry cleaning is good if they can be on time it will be perfect.

Me dañaron mis pantalones y me entregaron tarde

Al parecer le hecharon cloró a mis pantalones y me lo dañaron con cloro y otros como que la tela se daño arrugada no entiendo que pudo haber pasado , tenia mucha ilusión que esto funcionara de maravilla pero no es así mi ropa esta toda dañada 😩😩😩 y nadie se hará responsable a esto . Yo puedo tolerar el retraso de entrega , me entregaron un día después de lo previsto pero Nadir me llamo para notificarme el atraso tuve que llamar yo .

Buena idea, mala ejecución

La única fecha que importa en Jeff es la primera, después de eso ya tienes la bolsa y puedes dejarla en conserjería. Lamentablemente fallaron. Pedí que llegaran entre 9 y 10, para que me entregaran la bolsa por primera vez. Esperé hasta las 10:15 y llamé para cancelar por qué tenía que trabajar. Al llamar para preguntar me dicen "no siempre llegan a la hora", lo que normalmente no sería problema, pero necesitaba la bolsa.

Suena como una buena idea, pero fallaron en la ejecución.

If a client needs to iron only a Chacabana or a linen piece there is no way in the app to choose those options.

Estafa

La semana pasada pague una suscripción y nunca llegaron por mi ropa y no me devolvieron el dinero hace ya una semana nadie se hace responsable! Pésimo servicio!! Literalmente una estafa y robo cobrarte por un servicio que nunca te dieron es robo nunca recomendaría mr Jeff! No se dejen estafar!! la app no sirve para nada, nadie te contesta y si te contestan no se hacen responsables de nada!!!
