New App Update?!
The new update looks great and has so many helpful features! This has everything I need to manage my finances. I love my credit union! In case you didn’t know, credit unions are different than banks because at the credit union you are an owner of your financial institution. There’s so much I can do from the app without having to make a trip to a branch or a shared branch in my area.

The last update has really brought this app up-to-speed with the competition!
This app has really struggled in the past as it was obviously a bare minimum app that pulled from the website. I love this credit union, though! I’ve been a member since the early 1990s and don’t want that to change! Last year I actually opened another account at a competitor because the last major update this app had which changed its looks, had options for biometrics, but was manually disabled or never enabled by the credit union in some form or fashion. That set me over the edge. Mobile access to my accounts for YEARS was such an absolute headache, having to type usernames and passwords, and security keys over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again! I was **delighted** today to open the app and find that I was greeted with a biometrics option! I won’t lie, I’ve been salty with this app for its entire existence. It is 2023, and it’s insane the amount of people that don’t even own a home computer anymore as they rely solely on their mobile devices!
ON THE PLUS SIDE: This app has been flawless in every other shape and form since its existence. It never crashes, and always works when I need it to. I believe the newer version of this app was created by a third party company which gives us options like biometrics that integrates with our devices deeper, and took a little getting used to because the colors contrasted terribly on my device at first, and some of the text was hard to read, but I believe it is fixed now. I don’t know what changed, but all is well.
I apologize for the brutally honest reply, but I feel like I wasn’t alone in this.

Functional but lacking
I am forced to use this app. It works and is pretty reliable but it is so far behind the other banking apps. I love this Bank, the people that work there are really good but the app is way outdated. Please update the interface and allow Face ID to work. It’s 2020 people!!
