Check holds
They will hold a check from my employer for 11 days even though i get direct deposit from same employer. It was an expense check. Never using mobile deposit again. Will send to my other bank.
Easy to Navigate
This app is much easier to navigate than the other banking apps that I have used. 👍. This is what I wrote previously and it is still true.
Great start with Jefferson Financial!
I recently opened up an account with Jefferson financial so far the experience has been great. The process of getting started was smooth and simple, and the staff was friendly and patient and helpful in walking me through everything I needed to know. I appreciate how they take time to answer questions and make sure you understand your options. Even though I am just getting started with them , I already feel confident about banking here and I look forward to seeing how the relationship grows :)

Awesome
Easy to peak at all savings and checking accounts; and wonderful to have the quick great app to transfer funds. Just wish my checks would post earlier but send them to a better focus
Updates and timing
Seems like we get more updates than most that last for some time. Juana though. It can be an inconvenience sometimes. Perhaps the updates can be done during overnight hours to slow down interaction with the APP. Thanks.
