About

JennAI is the resident app for properties managed with JennAI. Everything about your home in one place — with Jenny, your property's AI assistant, on call around the clock. FOR RESIDENTS • Chat with Jenny — ask about your lease, your balance, building rules, or anything about your home, any time, in your language. • Message your property team — reach real people; Jenny handles the routine so humans can focus on what needs them. • Pay rent — check your balance and ledger, make a payment, or set up autopay on a card or bank account. Any convenience fee is shown clearly before you confirm. • Maintenance — file a request with photos in under a minute and follow it from reported to fixed. • Doors — unlock your entry doors right from the app at supported buildings. • Documents — your lease and letters, always at hand. • Speaks your language — the full app is available in English, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified), Farsi, Korean, Polish, and Russian. FOR PROPERTY TEAMS Staff and technicians sign in with their company account for dashboards, resident conversations, maintenance queues, scheduling, and reports. JennAI is built for residents and staff of JennAI-managed properties — signing in requires an account with your property. If your building uses JennAI, your welcome email has everything you need to get started.
