I spent $1000 for a service that I never received. The $1000 is the enterprise plan that’s suppose to have a large limit. Once I paid the service never activated. I sent 2 emails and sent a message through Reddit and Twitter. Never received a response. Now I’m waiting for 7 days so I can file a dispute with my bank. Don’t trust this app!

Do not download, broken billing and failed AI
I had high hopes for Jenova AI to act as my personal assistant, but the entire experience has been a costly disaster. On day one, I was double-charged $70 ($20 and $50 tiers) with no proration.
When I asked the AI to perform a basic calendar scheduling task, it completely failed. It hallucinated 7 incorrect dates, messed up the time formatting, and burned through 50% of my monthly Premium tokens in a single attempt because of how poorly the backend handles API requests. To make matters worse, the app continued to drain my tokens while sitting completely idle in "read-only" mode.
I have emailed their support team five times over the course of a week with zero response. When I finally took my proof to their official Reddit page to ask for help, their moderators actively deleted my post to hide the issue.
I am currently pursuing a chargeback through my bank. Save yourself the headache and use a more reliable platform.
