The app keeps getting stuck on the color change mode when I pair it with the sub. No matter what I do.
Doesn’t work as advertised.
Bought this amp specifically because it shows it can be tuned from the app via Bluetooth. But once the amp is connected to the app, it locks you into LED light customization and you can’t do anything else. You get what you pay for I guess. When a company advertises a feature they don’t even support it tells you what they really care about. I’m returning the amp today.

Worthless
The app, or amp will constantly revert itself to factory settings bringing “full” setting back into speakers then causing a fault which resets the amp. Worthless. I will be switching out both. I should’ve known better than to buy the cheapest one available.

I downloaded the app. It will not connect the app and immediately as soon as it is done, trying to locate the amp it closes itself. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success it’s trash

Amp works great. Would like to see the app be able to be used on app CarPlay to make it easier to change the eq .
Just doesn’t work??
When i first got my Jensen amp the app worked just fine and i could notice a difference when i played with the settings. After upgrading my phone i now cannot connect to my amp AT ALL. It won’t even show up, though it is clear the amp still has power and is connected to my subs and head unit.

This app is so cool I can control my amp color lighting and EQ and all sorts of other goodies. Instantly connected when I opened the app.

Great idea
I love the idea of running the amp settings through Bluetooth bc it allows me to change my settings while at the head unit so it’s much more convenient than walking back and forth. There are a couple of downsides though. First you can’t rename the amp so if you’re running multiple amps it’s easy to get confused on what amp you’re fine tuning and change the wrong one. Second issue is the app is finicky in terms of switching from one amp to the next. The app gets confused and shows you the wrong settings, ex. When switching from the XDA94RB amp that is set to high pass filter and I switch to the XDA91RB amp my settings sometimes still show the previous amp settings. I have to close the app and re enter it on the amp I want, you can’t toggle back and forth inside the app smoothly.

The amp is okay, I can’t use the majority of the abilities the app has as soon as I connect to the amp the options fade to where I can’t use them. I paid for all of them why can’t I use them?

Why am I not able to use the EQ once connected to the amp while playing something?
Awesome just one complaint.
I am using a 1200 watt mono block amp and I love it and the app the only issue I have is I set my eq for my sub and it’s good for a day but the next morning the slew settings are all reset back to default if you could look into this and make an update to fix it that’d be great it just gets annoying putting my eq where I had them the day before everyday.

EQ doesn’t work !!
So what’s up app developer?! Why haven’t you fixed this issue or even attempted to comment back to any of us regarding the EQ settings not working? I did the whole not hitting I’m a passenger and it was available for a sec then poof gone again!! This is very frustrating for all of us! Plz fix or at least comment back….
