About

Jeolloo is a journal for walking Korean Buddhist temples. It is not a place to rate temples or to show off. It is a place to write down which feeling stayed at which temple. ■ 1,050 temples on the map Browse every temple on a map or a list. Filter by traditional temple, templestay, the 33 Avalokitesvara sites, cultural heritage, or by region. ■ Leave a footprint Mark the temples you have visited and watch the path you have walked take shape. Four pilgrimages — traditional temples, templestays, the 33 sites, cultural heritage — show how far you have come. ■ Keep a record of the day Pick the feeling and the weather, add photos and a few lines. Opened again months later, it takes you back to that courtyard. ■ Make your own pilgrimage Group temples for your own reason — "the road I walk with my father" — and that route becomes a filter on the map and the list. ■ Read about each temple A short note on when each temple was founded and what to look for when you get there, with directions and templestay booking one tap away. Everything you write stays on your device. No account, no sign-up.
