5.2.1 broke ios 16 compatibility
On App Store claims this version is compatible with iOS 16. It is not.

I want to know why in my iPad the airports not download and in my friends iPad downloaded.
Problems with Updating Terminal Charts, Enroute and manuals
The App regularly is unable to update the charts manuals and enroute data with server errors and leading to deactivating the app and loosing all data.
WX feature doesn’t work
Switching all features ON in Settings section of IPAD, then open App. Option is not appearing, settings show all features are off by itself.

You Broke It!
For some reason beyond my understanding the latest update cuts off your downloaded weather radar after 2 hours. What genius thinks every flight is only two hours long or that every user has internet access for flights longer in length.
Additional issue. I've ensured that weather is downloaded prior to departure but have needed a taxi diagram. When I come back to the map after leaving cellular service and departed the airfield the wx radar is gone! I'll have turbulence and icing still but the radar return picturemis just gone.
This last update is truly bad and has caused me so many headaches enroute all pertaining to wx!

Excellent app, few steps from perfection
What a brilliant flight app, really can’t fault it in many ways! Missing a few features though.
- Range Rings: Really useful for ETOPS alternate ranges/comparison plus for bingo fuel ranges
- Text vs Pen: Can’t always use Apple Pen on devices, so text on charts would make things much clearer for sure
- Pinch Ruler: Would be great that when you measure using the pinch ruler you could drop a marker pin at the end of the ruler to pint point where you’ve measured to for future reference/lat long finding.

Brilliant app. I’d love to be able to annotate the plates with a dedicated TEXT feature and not just pens.

The app performance is bad
I have the latest iPad pro and since the las jeppesen update the app performance decreased a lot. I paste a flight plan in the route section and takes quite some time to process everything, I try to delete a way point and the app lags, when selecting charts I hit the selection option and the app freezes for 5 seconds and then the selection appears.
This is really annoying for a really expensive package sold to airlines and not the performance expected from this company.

App crush
The app crushes whenever I switch to a different app and come back to it, also it switches to the departure airport when it opens not where I left it!

only 4.2.1 and below version works. two new versions both crash on openup.

Version 4.3.2 is crashing with IOS 12.1.3
The Apple store said that is compatible with iOS 12 or more. It came to my update, I did it and now the application is not running anymore. And I cannot downgrade to the previous version 4.2.1 which was working perfectly on my iPad Pro 11 with iOS 12.1.3
The jeepesen site put a requirement of iOS 13.4 or greater for this application to run. Why did Apple make me do this update with wrong information. Now I cannot use the application anymore for my work. Please help

Never works
This app never opens after the first use when installed.
I’ve reinstalled it multiple times and it has the same problem.
It opens the first time and does its initial updates. Then after I close it, it never opens again.
