Wish I could give negative stars. Frozen on Jane. Don’t download. Ripoff

I see this has been a issue for awhile now. Apparently the devs don’t care or it would have been fixed. They just want their quick ad money and people to buy the initial upgrades. There is no customer support, no way to save progress or transfer it. Devs are in it for purely the money. Save your time and go elsewhere!!! Wish I could give negative stars!
