Been ordering from here for a while now always been great take out food. Ordered from here this evening, sadly an item was wrong. I called up happy to accept a replacement. Guy on the phone very unhelpful. I was told too busy to remake the burger they got wrong and request a refund through the app. Shocking service this evening and due to this I won’t be ordering in the future. Order bill was £41 really surprised with the businesses response. Poor customer service

Nice food but problem
I was having a meal with my friend as a treat…. The food was really nice but my friends wrap had staples in it.😡 absolutely fuming.

Had Jerrys for the first time! Got a smash burger meal, a bueno cheese cake and a cookie dough. Best food I’ve had in a long time! Absolutely worth the 15 minute travel and would happily order again! Amazing! If there was a 10 star option, I’d give that 👍

Super easy to use and manage, amazing food with a slow delivery time but the munch deffo makes up for it.
