Great Subs app not so much
The app is terrible doesn’t have all the subs. It’s hard to navigate. No descriptions of the food. I suggest just start with the actual menu first and stop worrying about pushing to the online ordering angle. One step at a time.
Past orders
Would be awesome if you could re-order previous orders to make it so much easier. Ordering the same thing all the time with detailed instructions is a bit of a pain to re-enter it every time. Thank you.
So-So
App’s alright. I can order the food. Some of the fields aren’t optimized (should give me a numberpad instead of a keyboard when entering my CC details) and Apple Pay really should be added.
Trash
Trash app. Hard to use, no Apple Pay, no free sub. Waste of time
Picking a location
The app is great and works well, but I really wish you could set a default location. If you forget to pick a location, it picks the first one o man the list. If you miss that, you end up placing an order at a location near you. Huge potential problem that can be fixed with either the ability to set a default location or allowing the app to find the nearest location to you.

Doesn’t Work
I couldn’t submit my order, received a “Serv Error” message. Missed out on 26 points as well.

Is it gonna work?
The app is somewhat unconventional. It feels like it is circa 2010. Clunky.
No Apple Pay or
The omission of Apple Pay or sign up with Apple ID stops me from using ordering app. Which minimizes my eating at Jersey Mike’s.
App does not work
Can’t order anything. App just freezes. I have iOS 18.3 if that helps. Resolved rapidly by jersey Mike’s.

I had an issue and mentioned it in a review. The developer reached out to ask for details, I explained the problem, and they quickly fixed it. The app works great now—it’s so nice to see such attentive developers!

App freezes when you add location, free sub promotion doesn’t even work properly once I got my sub I’m deleting app

False Advertising
Website stating that downloading an app and making a purchase with it would result in getting a “free regular sub”. I did just that an got nothing! I will not be back to Jersey Mikes as a result.
