Unable to open app on iPhone
iPhone 13 iOS 15.6.1 unable to open app. I receive an error pop up “oops we’re having a little trouble loading your app”
App not working on iPhone 13 Pro 16.1
After upgrade to 16.1 iOS , app did not load. I deleted it and then reinstalled it. App starts to load then errors out and gives the message “

Can’t open it, need to cancel membership and it will not open! Just like the dirty club!
Can’t open the app! Been trying to cancel my membership but can’t do it until this app opens !
Needs a huge rework
Used to work for me but now it won’t even let me sign in changed my password three times and still says my email or password is wrong. Kinda ruins it since I can’t check the occupancy at my local gym because of new covid standards.
App not working.
App crashes whenever I try to open it. IPhone xr, latest IOS version. It was good when it worked.
Good for its purpose.
The app serves its purpose in allowing me to book classes! I will say that it isn’t very aesthetically pleasing, but as long as it does its purpose I’m pretty happy about it. The only thing is that it has my birthday inputed incorrectly in my profile. When I tried to correct it and clicked “save”, it kept reverting back to the incorrect date.

This app is great it’s just that other people don’t know how to work it properly or get frustrated easily.

I can’t even log in. It keeps saying my name is wrong. So either their system is wrong or someone spelt it incorrect because I’m pretty sure I know I’m right.... no way to fix it either. Not a very helpful or useful app. Can someone tell me how the register for classes if this doesn’t work?!?

Didn’t get past the glitchy sign up after entering all my info, signing my life away and then losing it. Deleted it quickly.
Worst app ever!
It’s purpose is to book classes and it fails miserably! I have the plan with al classes except team trailing and the app states I have no sesions available AWFUL! Support has done nothing to resolve but ask more questions. They wanted a screenshot to show my issue, sent it. What did they not understand about “You have no sessions available”?

I hope someone wasn’t paid to create this worthless piece of crap disguised as a mobile app. It’s like everyone feels the need to have “an app” even if it’s complete crap. Then again, this “fitness center” is crap too so I shouldn’t expect much. My 11 year-old neighbor makes better stuff than this.
Worst Wi-Fi ever
You cannot even connect to the Wi-Fi. What’s the point of advertising free Wi-Fi if it doesn’t work?
Awful, freezes
This app is awful!! WOW requires you sign up no more than 2 hrs for a spin class - that means 6 am to get into a 8 am Sat class!!! So now we have to get up early on a weekend to sign up with an app that doesn’t work! Requires you to the use your computer - just what everyone wants to do on their day off.

Workout world app
The app isn't anything special. Some takes take a long time to load. I have also had issues with it crashing as well. The only reason why I downloaded it is because the workers were resilient on not giving me the wifi password. Waste of space just to get the wifi password every other week
Don't do it
Worst app ever. Been a member of this gym for 7+ years, but I deleted this app after 3 minutes. It requires some bar code scan - don't know where I'm supposed to get that - to even set up an account. Waste of time.
