Rubbish service
Used this app twice now and pre booked the taxi hours before needed, and 1 minute before pick up was due I received an email to say cancelled, No Taxi Drivers available…… this is not a service for customers, we were stranded at location no other taxis were available from any company in Jersey for over 1 hr.
Shall not use this’s service again. In fact I have deleted it.

Works for us, most times.
Edited from 5 stars 12 months ago. After reading the negative reviews I was a little hesitant on downloading this app but thought we would give it a try. It can fail and leave you stranded. It’s a bit useless at busy periods when booking ASAP, but pre booking earlier sorts that. Or it did. We were left stranded 10 o clock on a Friday night 2024 after pre booking hours before. Love the drop pin idea. Would be easier if confirmations were through text message rather email. In a nutshell, unreliable.

Booked a taxi at 5pm for 6.10 and no one showed up

Came late on one occasion and charged more than estimate, then 2nd one didn’t arrive at all- waited 10 minutes, phone number didn’t work and no way to contact them to check.

Worse than useless. Cancelled me just after the time my cab to the airport was supposed to be arriving. Unfortunately no way to give zero stars.

Try to book, confirmed, then 10 mins later, sorry, nothing available. What’s the point. Just phone the cab firms.
Pre-booking doesn’t work
What is actually the point of pre-booking a taxi if it isn’t in fact pre-booked?! It searched for a driver at the time we were meant to be picked up, resulting in no taxis being available!!
Unable to register phone number
I’ve been trying for weeks to register for this app but there’s a problem with it recognizing my phone number and sending the verification code. I’ve deleted the app several times and tried everything I can think of, there’s no customer support. Incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time!
Works great
Works great. Always great when I use it. Can track cab once it has accepted the pick up.
Don’t bother
Booked a 7:30am ride to the airport the afternoon before and they just cancelled the ride at 7:35. It was quite stressful but fortunately our hotel was able to arrange something at the last minute.
Calendar not working
Visiting on holiday tried to book a taxi to and from an event in the evening. Both trips I booked for on the day, however the confirmation came through for the 1July2023 nearly 6 months after my booking was needed. Resorted to booking through the hotel the old fashioned way!

This is a great app, I have used the app more than 10 times now and never had any issues.
The drivers are polite and only 1 or 2 times have I waited more than 3-5 mins for the cab.

Utterly useless
I pre-booked a cab for 5.45am on Boxing Day morning. Had a text a bit later confirming my booking for the morning. Stood there like a lemon at the booked time. Only to look at the app to see it said ‘finding a driver’ and then ‘cancelled’. Absolutely hopeless. Don’t waste your time with this rubbish.

False Info be Careful
This app is very poor and no obvious way to communicate with the business.
The app hung for me, then after ten mins a driver called me to say they would be - further ten mins. Having explained that would be too long to wait for me - I was marked down as a No Show. This is blatantly not true, tried to communicate this to them and no joy. Don’t trust this app

Waste of time
It would probably work if the drivers bothered turning up!

WORST SERVICE EVER
Booked a taxi 5 hours before the pick up time. Get an email 5 minutes after we were supposed to get picked up saying they couldn’t pick us up and they had no more taxis available. We had baby sitter waiting for us to get home which made it worse. DON’T USE THIS APP
Great App, poor service !!
Last night my partner received an email cancelling his taxi 5 minutes after his pick up time. He couldn’t get another taxi. I had a separate taxi booked which turned up 10 minutes early, the driver text me (which I read and proceeded to gather my things and walk to the hotels carpark - had he arrived on time I would have been ready and waiting) he also tried to call me but I didn’t pick up as it was loud in the function room and hadn’t heard it ring in my bag. The taxi wasn’t in the car park so I walked to the front of the hotel, checked my phone and saw a text saying the driver had left as I was a no show!!! There are 2 minutes between the first text saying he had arrived and the second text saying he had left - 2 minutes, is that a joke?!? I tried calling him back but he rejected my call twice. I text him and he replied to say maybe if you had answered the phone he wouldn’t have left!! He was 10 minutes early, I had to quickly say goodbye to my family and grab my bag, surely being early you’d understand it may take a little longer. Disgusted. If a taxi has ever arrived early they would always wait until the agreed time and not just leave due to one call being missed. The taxi was booked in my name for 1 person, surely they make extra allowance when they know it’s a girl traveling on her own given the recent news coverage on this. I was left with no way home and no other available taxis. So, yes Mr Taxi driver (who I won’t name), maybe I should have picked up my phone or maybe you shouldn’t have arrived 10 min early, or maybe you could have come in and announced that you had arrived like all the other taxi drivers had, allowing the DJ to announce it. Maybe give people 5 minutes instead of 2 minutes. Never using the app again, and probably not bothering with taxi’s full stop when we have other options now that are far more reliable. If anyone knows which Company is behind the app please let me know so I can complain directly.

Booked taxi giving several hours notice to go from home to ferry port. Car booked for 6pm and trip cancelled by app at 6pm leaving us desperately trying to make alternate arrangements.
