This app does not work! Online OR off. I wasted cash on the upgrade as well. Do not buy or download it truly is not worth it.
It gets 2 stars only because the developer did respond when I reached out with my complaint.

Maps are useless, unless you read Hebrew
I was very disappointed to learn after purchase that all the street names are written in Hebrew.

downloaded app, open it and viewed, closed app, but can't reopen it.
When i try to reopen app, it goes back to main menu.

All streets are written in Hebrew which makes it unusable if you do not speak hebrew. The detail of the maps is very poor. This app is free and thats about what its worth. Dont rely on it.
