The entire set at fingertips

“It’s not only close to you but very close’

Rabbi Shorr

Response from developer

Shalom Rabbi Shorr, Thank you so much for your beautiful words! Indeed, “It is very close to you”-what a blessing to have the entire Yerushalmi accessible anytime, strengthening our connection to Torah and Hashem. May your learning continue to be deep and joyful! If you have any suggestions or needs, feel free to reach out. Please share the app with others if it brings you benefit. Kol tuv! Rabbi Ari

I do not mean to be ungrateful, but...

I do not mean to be ungrateful, but I cannot find the English translation which was promised. Since this is a free App. One should not look a gift horse in the mouth.
It would have been nice to be able to access an English translation as a study aid for the Hebrew text.

Response from developer

Shalom, thank you for your thoughtful and gracious feedback. We truly appreciate your dedication to learning Talmud Yerushalmi! At this time, our app includes the Hebrew text, and we are working towards expanding translations, including English, as they become available. High-quality translations, especially for the Yerushalmi, are rare and licensing them is complex, but we hear your need and this request is important to us. If you have specific suggestions or sources in mind, please write to us at info@hebrewbible.app-we'd love to explore any leads. We’re always striving to make Torah learning more accessible. Wishing you continued hatzlacha (success) in your learning journey, and if there’s anything else we can do to make it a 5-star experience for you, please let us know. With gratitude, Rabbi Ari

Access English

Well done but cannot access English or dictionary when needed. Am I missing something?

Response from developer

Shalom, thank you for your feedback and kind words. In the Talmud Yerushalmi app, not all tractates currently have English translation or dictionary available-these resources are still being developed. If you’re unable to access English where it is offered, please let us know exactly which masechet and daf you’re struggling with. You can reach us at info@hebrewbible.app with details or screenshots, and we’ll be glad to assist. If this clarifies your experience, we invite you to reconsider your rating. Your ongoing learning and growth in Torah are very important to us-please keep reaching out as you continue your studies. Blessings, Rabbi Ari

Bavli

I have both the bavli and yerushalmi apps ( besides bible and mishna) and have had them for about a week. When I try to access them now it just aborts. I cannot find a way of contacting anyone.

Response from developer

Shalom, thank you for your dedication to Torah learning and for sharing your experience. I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you’re facing with app access-it’s certainly not what we want for your study journey. Please email us at info@hebrewbible.app with more details about your device and iOS version, and, if possible, a screenshot of the issue. We’ll do our best to help you resolve this quickly so you can continue learning without interruption. If you’re satisfied with the app after we resolve this, we’d be grateful if you would consider updating your rating. Thank you for your patience and for being part of our learning community. Warm blessings, Rabbi Ari
