Brilliant app
Jess provides a really supportive approach that makes all these practices feel accessible, no matter where you are in your own journey. There's a genuine sense of connection, even in the recorded sessions. The way physical practices are blended with the philosophy (and science!) behind them has been fantastic and has already enhanced my own practice. I love how all the sessions challenge me, even the short 15-minute ones! They definitely motivate me to show up on the mat daily. Thanks, Jess!

Inspirational, fun, effective, life changing
Jess’s teaching style is extremely motivational- and has completely changed my life for the better.
I used to enjoy the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga- but I didn’t have the patience for the more spiritual, historical, nor logical aspects. Nor did I understand the benefits of breathing correctly.
Jess’s consistent and timely approach has a perfect mix of fact based info that intrigues, movement and content variety that somehow delivers an insatiable appetite for more- and repetition to ground you with the key basics-. If only I had found her sooner- but thrilled to have started the journey now.
The Jess Horn platform is simple and straightforward.

A fabulous app
