Great, Until It Stopped Working Yesterday
Can someone please update/fix this app? Jesus Loves Me is part of our bedtime routine but all of a sudden it isn’t working.

Not bad, but glitches
My kids love Listener Kids so I downloaded this app and even paid for the upgraded version. However, the video Deep And Wide, which is also my kids’ favorite, doesn’t work. When I click on it, it says error in red letters. The app also glitches out sometimes and doesn’t play back the recordings and shuts down. Really wish they would fix it!

Charges one time fee unlock songs
A bit disappointed. The app should just be clear that their charging for the app 2.99 . When it tried to go to lock song it ask for a one time fee of 2.99 . Way don’t you guys just say the app cost 2.99 ?
Restore doesn’t work.
This is a wonderful app, but I have also paid twice to get all of the songs. Now I can play them all on my iPhone but recently can only play Jesus loves me on my iPad. I am not able to restore purchases at all on my iPad. I deleted the app and reinstalled also to see if that would work. My 3 year old granddaughter loves the songs. I don’t feel like paying again and hope I don’t lose the other songs on my iPhone. Please fix! Thank you!

Unable to complete in-app purchase
We love their YouTube videos and the free content. The app has always been a little buggy but with recent updates we are unable to complete any in-app purchases. we would love to both support the mission and provide additional contact for a little ones better and able to because nothing happens when you click the buy button on the pop-up and are also unable to activate the parent section after tapping and holding down on the squirrel.

Absolutely slaps
Disappointed in the update yesterday
It was title “bug fixes” but what it did was locked 4 videos and left only one open so you have to pay $3 today for the rest which was available yesterday. Not cool. Also, please remove the “Happy and You Know It” and “Head Shoulders Knees and Toes” these are nonsensical and don’t belong mixed in with Christian content. We ALWAYS skip past.

My 4- and 2-year-old boys love this app! The music and videos keep them entertained and I love the message it sends! It’s been a staple in our house the past couple years.
All the previous hiccups seem taken care of now, we haven’t had any issues with the videos or music!

Improved the app and its amazing
The new version of this app took it from a 4 to a 5 star rating! I love it for my kids SO much more than YouTube kids or other similar apps.

None of the videos are loading. I exited and when I came back into the app, they still did not work.
It was good while it lasted.
It was ni e until my little one couldn’t play anything anymore. The app opens but doesn’t move or play. I’ve uninstalled and installed again but no use. 😔 If the bugs were fixed, that would be nice.

Fix this one little thing please
I love the app a lot. I just need you to check the videos because they won’t play. Also, I think you should put more songs. Like, hallellu or peace like a river and more favorites. I really enjoyed your website also. I had gotten some stickers on Thursday ( April 21 2022 ) for my sisters ( and my mom put her info in ) and it didn’t come with the listener kids stickers with your logo ( the little blue bird ) likewise, the yellow let it shine sticker came out to be teal. I really don’t mind because one of my sister’s favorite color is teal, but my littlest sister’s ( three years old ) favorite colors is also yellow. I would only like a discount because your t shirts are very high but I understand that it’s only from listener kids. I love that you’ve read all of this. Please respond please. Love you and everything you do.

Loved the app when I first downloaded it. Granddaughter is 3 and it no longer plays the Jesus Loves Me songs. She likes the sign language one the best..
