Can’t get the code
Tried several times to get a code to activate my account but no luck - very disappointing
price calculation formula
it’s a good platform but there’s big issue on it. the price calculation must be based on distance not the time. because jet are consumed with riding in distance not the time. if we hold a jet in place we are not using it but app makes costs. it also is dangerous because user have to move very fast to avoid high cost and this matter reduce careful driving. I hope the owner takes my opinion important and apply it to the business.

Ladroes
Quase todo mes eles me roubam uns 10 reais, dai tenho de ligar pro meu banco pra disputar a transacao
Doesn’t Accept Cards
I literally missed my flight because this stupid app wouldn’t accept any of my payment methods because it said that it “didn’t meet the risk assessment.” It’s a normal credit card I can’t fathom what the issue could possibly be.
