Terrible keeps losing progress
I have just about completed everything in this game but for the second or third time all my progress was erased and I’m back to playing the tutorial. It’s the only reason I pay for Arcade so I’ll be unsubscribing - if you care about keeping a streak going don’t play this you’ll get messed over like me

Lost all progress
After the most recent update I suddenly lost all my progress! It started me over completely. I completed the game multiple times and maxed out everything I could. I wanted to play the latest event but it started me back at the tutorial! I can’t even get to the main screen. There is no option to load previous data or anything. I have 57/57 achievements, but still nothing to show for it. What happened? It feels like a major bug got released. I would keep playing if my data can be restored. If not, there’s no way I’m starting over.
