Decent but Needs Improvment
The app provides the basic functionality needed for booking but compared to other studios it could be better. It would be helpful to see how many credits you have at a given time and easily see when your credits reset. Right now you just have to count how many you’ve taken to determine what you have left. The app does show how many you’ve taken within the last 30 days but I don’t think that insight is very meaningful.

At 80 I am finding this very helpful, improving balance and strength. I am not able to do everything but they have worked with me on modifications. Facility clean, leaders all very helpful.
Worst app ever
If you have to cancel a class or get a class, the class will show up as a credit but the app won’t allow you to use it towards a class. I’m not sure how the team isn’t fueling questions all day about the app and you canNOT get anyone to answer the phone at any Jet Set location. Will only go through the MindBody app going forward.
