I love this game, but now we need bug fixes. My business, I’d say, is more complex and in the first decision-making step of the second phase, it is bugging out and won’t load suggestions for competitor products.

Two big ways that Jetson helped me:
# 1 Startup lifecycle
My mental map of the “startup lifecycle” was based on Lean Startup, Zero to One, and the startups I had worked for as a dev. Jetson taught me that my mental map had huge gaps.
## Story time
Jetson saved me a lot of time and money by introducing me to the concept of user interviews. I had built a functional prototype that I might have wasted a ton of time polishing - after conducting user interviews, I learned that what I had built was not at all what my users wanted.
