Great service
Tried this out, really great service. I travel for work and i have had horrible experiences with United and i felt like people should be able to publicly share their experience. Pretty cool i hope they add a way for airlines to respond to the reviews

It’s an interesting idea but there’s some bug with the email verification. Overall really cool!
