Crashed after update
Game has crashed and stuck on reward, can’t get into the game at all now.
Fraud
I paid twice in a row for Aya, but both times the game gave me Athena instead. There should be a way for the game developers to fix this issue. It is unfair to pay for a specific character and receive a different one that you did not choose. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and find a solution, because players should receive what they paid for.

キャラ購入したが違うキャラに‥
課金してアイテム購入したが、全然ちがうアイテムになってた、新しくでたキャラだったので‥一度目は間違ったのか？と思ったが、2回目も同じように‥お金返して欲しいです。もしくは、買ったキャラに変更して欲しい。楽しく遊んでいたのに残念です！
Great game unreasonably monthly subscription card
The game itself is good, but I’m deleting it because I don’t want to pay $24.99 every month for the Monthly Card. That’s way too expensive. It feels like you’re trying to squeeze more money out of players instead of offering fair pricing. It’s disappointing because I actually enjoyed the game

Willkommen bei Jewel Party wo man hochwertige Booster gegen die einfachsten Booster verliert, weil der Gegner einen Extra-Move nach dem anderen, und oft in seiner Farbe, bekommt. Das schlechteste Spiel ever….
