Thorough, Kind and Fair
I was introduced to JAH through a friend. I had broken and ill fitting pieces of gold stored in the safe at home. The price for gold is at an all time high so I thought no better time than to see what my scraps would fetch. The gentlemen I had dealings with were friendly and most approachable. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the process. The price was arrived at in a thorough manner and was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend JAH.

Ivory broken apart still being sold
I communicated well by email and sent all the pictures and return the goods demanded refund. The company just iqnore and pretended nothing ever happened. Don’t trust them.
Where are the Pictures
I am not sure if you have had employee changes but I have noticed that Auctions are missing a lot of images, so it is hard to bid when you have no idea what the jewellery piece looks like. I am looking for a new Auction site that has its tech all in place.
