Completely incorrect

Downloaded this app to identify some old jewelry. Decided to start with a ring that I have already had an appraisal done on to determine the accuracy. This didn’t even get close. In fact the app won’t even allow the camera to focus without being a foot away from the piece. Once the photo finally uploaded it, identified the stone incorrectly and devalued the piece by over $1500. This app needs a lot of work for accuracy.

Scam

It is a scam with every photo it wants you to pay more money for the actual info

What a joke

I purchased a yearly plan.
Went to use and the first item the ab want a week payment.
Reached out to Company for help.
Not even a reply.
The last item I took a picture of was a ball.
Ab identity it as a stone
So sad

Junk App

Don’t waste your money. This app did not correctly identify the first few test pieces I did. And after I stupidly paid for the annual subscription, it wanted to charge me an additional $4.99 for each piece. Lesson learned.

Only ranks gemstones

Not worth price

Horrible app

This app doesn’t work at all. Waste of money.

No value

They don’t provide a value just a ranking score

Do not buy

Terrible camera, can’t even take a close up. Got every stone wrong.

Does not work

I had necklace made 30 years ago from 4 small diamonds, 6 small rubies, 2 small emeralds, and 14 ct gold items. Been appraised twice in over years for over 1025 and 1500. Could not identify anything of value? Rip off

Not accurate

Not accurate

Identified a diamond as crystal

Really???

In no way and in no world is a high end, brilliant, hand cut , 0.18ct, VS1, H, diamond a piece of petrified wood. This App has to be some kind of run on April Fools joke.

Hoax

Misleading. Cons you into paying for weeklong subscription and when it comes to providing valuation results the app refuses to give result unless you pay further 7.99 US for additional subscription fee. It’s a con . DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

Save your money

Can’t match any pieces, all wrong.

Horrible

Horrible

Don’t bother

Total scam. This app asked me to pay for a weekly membership for 4.99 and then I scanned a photo and it said it had a match for it but that I had to pay ANOTHER 4.99 to see the results. Nothing like that is mentioned in the “in app charges” section of the description of this app. I’ve requested a refund from Apple.
