I downloaded this as it’s advertised on Google for being able to upload a photo of your jewelry to find a match. I lost a ring that I’m trying to find a replacement for and thought this would be great. Until I got to the sign in screen and there was no way to sign up. Coming back to the App Store I see that I’m not the only one who missed that it’s only B2B. I think that’s a sign that their website and advertising on Google need to be updated to be more clear.

Claims “Yes, JewelryID is currently free to use for all users”. It is in fact NOT.

Their website says anyone can use this app for free. However after downloading, there is no way to create an account. The App Store lists it has B2B.
Is this an app?
There is no place to start an account with this app. You’re taken to a login screen and no further. If you can’t intuitively open an app and start using it, is it really an app? That’s a no from me, dawg.
Can’t Get Passed Login Page
Update from the developer: “This app is not available to consumers” - you might want to re-word your description of the app then or change the way you advertise it because that’s not the impression I got when I saw the advertisement. Plus judging from your reviews I am not the only one who saw it that way.

The only other option is to login or “forgot your password”. I even tried that but if you’ve never created an account it won’t recognize your email to send you a link!! WTH??

The concept of this ap was a great idea but when I went to register thee was no place that you could click on to add yourself. Since this isn’t a kept up ap, I am removing myself.

As the description states, this is a B2B companion app. It's NOT available to consumers and a login can ONLY be provided by your jewelry vendor who currently uses the JewelryAdmin ERP.
