Fun game but terrible customer support
This game is fun but it freezes a lot. There have been no updates to fix this and customer support doesn't respond to requests or complaints.
It's an ok game
It wants u to buy lives and gold to much. It is fun though.
Bug ridden
The same problem that has been reported for years by players still not fixed a ruining a potentially great little game. Freezes and crashes every time I'm on to a winning streak. Not impressed, disillusioned and very fed up.
Fun but...
This is a fun game, but it kept hoping on my ipad which I keep locked in one position, this app would be fixed to rotate! I guess that is a minor annoyance but seems like a simple fix. So it's always upside down when I open it! Other than that and lock ups and losing lives, it's an ok app

Didn't even manage to finish level2 and it froze.....do not even bother downloading it

Love this game but I'm not loving the issues it currently has. It freezes a lot and the higher you progress the more it freezes. I've also just had issue where on left hand side I couldn't make groups of 3 as the moved objects wouldn't swap. Please sort or you'll never get 5 stars

This is a very fun game when it's not freezing up!!!! Please fix the bugs in this game!!!!!!¡¡¡¡¡ I have been plying this game for over a year and still same issue over and over. When are you going to fix the freezing of this game along with not being able to move certain jewels :( please please please fix this game !!!!!!

Freezes 😧
Game freezes. So annoying. Usually when you've just splashed on some boosters - and they cost 'coins' you know.. Maaan. Also freezes when you're left with 1 life. 😕

This game is really enjoyable and addictive, but has serious flaws, often freezes and frequently does not give x3,4,5,6 bonus on power plays . PLEASE fix your coding. Has potential for 5 star rating

I find it funny I can't get passed this level, Evan bought coins for boosters. I get within 1000 of finishing the level and the app closes. I get on a roll and jewels freeze. Seriously disappointed now!
Wish it wouldn't freeze so much
It's not like I have a ton of apps or anything but this game, after a few levels, will start freezing until it finally just boots me out completely. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no difference
Great game.... Poor quality
Really love this game, but am so frustrated. As with a lot if other reviews, it freezes on a regular basis, losing lives and power ups! Very frustrating and annoying!!!
