Can’t Create an Account
I just downloaded this app in hopes of finding my future husband. I tried creating an account by linking my Gmail, phone number, and Apple account but for some reason it said ‘token not found’ and gave me an error message. Oh well, I’ll just try a different app.
Won’t verify profile
I cannot use this app that I’ve subscribed to for 3 months. It won’t let me verify my profile or show any pics. The other users aren’t showing pics either, etc. I’ve tried reporting a problem without any luck. Save your $ until the app is fixed.

It’s really a good app the user interface is friendly and easy to use and easy to match with people everywhere there’s great potential for the company and team the issue is the “connect” feature does not work within the app it’s broken and they stopped supporting the apps months ago i wish they would work on this dating app they can really go far i think.

Not very good
Made no matches or dates or even friends and it does this event for Jewish people but only based in New York so it’s not really fair for people from other places and non-Jews wanting to convert to judaism
if it would open I would rate it. It’s now been another month and the app still will not open.
Update: several more months and it open one time. Still frozen out.
What a joke, the app doesn’t even open anymore. I was having a good conversation with a lady and I’m sure she thinks I ghosted her since it’s been over two weeks since the app opened and I was able to use it. I want a refund! Won’t waste your time! Even APP SUPPORT will not open, icing on the cake. Another month and it still freezes before opening up. No word from the developer. Crickets. I demand a refund!

Not enough members
Hi, this app has a very few members in my area. I paid for the membership. I live in Los Angeles. I initially used a 36 mile search radius and expanded my age criteria by up to 30 year range just to see if anyone was out there. Initially it was 5 years. But I ran out of choices after approx. 20 people. So I expanded it to 10 year range, then 15 and up to 30 year age range. I was using 30 to 60 year age range. I also had expanded by search radius from 10 miles to 15, and so on. I even went to 150 miles away. The reason I tried this app was the limited amount of Jewish people on other dating apps. But those apps have literally thousands of people in my area. I will be deleting my profile on this app after paid membership expires. I know there aren’t a lot of us. But I expected much more Jewish members in Los Angeles.
Update, I have now been using this app as a paid member for 3 days. I expanded my search radius to the maximum (600) miles. I also expanded my age range by a range of up to 40 years just to see how many people I had. Well I ran out of people in my search radius. Once my paid membership expires I’m deleting this app. I had high expectation. I’ve literally had hundreds of people to match with on other dating sites. But almost none of whom were Jewish.

Terrible
I understand they want to make money but this is too much. Even after matching with someone (and you’re limited to very few “likes” per day), you are limited on how many messages you can send to the person you ALREADY matched with! Really really poor approach.

Nothing but ads and fees
Don’t trust the good reviews that were posted. Just by looking at the usernames, it was clear to me that the 5-star reviews were fake and written by fake accounts. The app forces you to watch an ad for 10 seconds every time you open it, the subscription fees are outrageous, almost anything useful in the app requires a subscription, and the speed dating is a joke. Only chatted with one person and couldn’t match because we weren’t members. What a tease… Greater NYC area, and I see why no one uses this app. Stay away.

Not only do they force me to watch an ad like YouTube does for at least 10 seconds for their upcoming matzoh ball event, ( which I’m not interested ) in every time I log on, but even while logged on within the same session, they force you to watch the same ad multiple times, every few minutes. About to delete this app. disgusting marketing practices- worst I’ve expwrienced on any app. This trash belongs in the trash. Also very small selection of females in a big city. Also, a lot of their reviews here look fake, talking about how good the interface and connection is and nothing else???
