Pretty good

As far as the app goes, the only real functional issue I’ve seen is with the LED brightness adjustment feature. From 100% to 30%, the brightness doesn’t change. It only starts to change after you drop the brightness slider below 30% in the app.

It would be a little helpful to also have the instructions to connect to the controller in the app

It would be cool if there were some colour customization for specific animations outside of the general primary/secondary for the app. Also, allowing for custom animations and button reactions would be a great way to take this app to the next level.

Overall, solid app. A lot of room for it to get even better in the future.

Terrible

Be careful. This app is definitely in a beta phase. It managed to lock me out of all Bluetooth signals, and left the rgbs with a single bright button pulsing.. At least the micro still works fine, and I’ll be updating with my PC going forward. Hopefully they will straighten it out considering I only got 12 hours of play before it crashed. Great product, garbage app.

it functions

The app is extremely buggy and prone to crashing, but when it works the features you can customize on the Snackbox are pretty neat

Trash

Trash app, it doesn’t work. Wait for a windows version.

iPhone SE Gen 3 and iPad mini 4 issue

Unable to scroll through all options on lighting, likely due to the aspect ratio 16:9 vs the more ultrawide resolution of other iPhones. Otherwise it does work but I cannot select all of the lighting options as it doesnt let me scroll and select the bottom options on the list

Trash app

Never ever loads past connect micro on my iPhone 11 Pro I mean EVER. I can’t change anything about the snack box because of this

Don’t bother

Really bad don’t even bother, wait until someone else writes an app

Make a pc software

Make a pc software so i can update it with out using my ssid and struggling with the app. if theres a pc software i could just connect to it by wire and update it like any other drive i update on my pc it would be so easy and user friendly

Great device with an app that’s anything but that

App seems not to work and gets stuck in scanning with or without reboot of both leverless device and app. I like the peripheral though. Very small and fun to use even though I’m losing the worst I ever have since maybe 1st grade (skill issue) 😅

Not good

I love my snackbox micro but all I can do with this app is connect with the Bluetooth nothing else works.

Terrible app for a good leverless stick

Trouble updating firmware. Didn't realize it would take an entire day to try to just update my m2 board firmware. Used the new brook firmware. Tried unsecured 2.4ghz wifi. Tried phone wifi. Tried everything in both edit mode and in regular mode. This app is just plain terrible. Hasn't been great since the beginning and is still bad.

Can’t find my micro?

I’d love to leave a positive review but it’s not finding my micro!

Very janky + Important settings not saved

The app is very janky and sometimes borderline unusable. Quite often it would get stuck on “scanning” which requires an app relaunch. After connecting for to a snack box the app will take between 1-30 seconds “Fetching Data”. Sometimes that process is fast and other times it takes longer. The app allows you to change the SSID name. But that only changes the name shown in the app(after fetching data) and not the Bluetooth device name? Changing between a lot of animations will break the app and selecting a new animation won’t reflect on the device. The most important setting, SOCD is the _only_ setting that doesn’t save and forgotten on device reboot, that’s a baffling decision. It’s the one setting that actually influences your ability to actually play games. It wouldn’t be so bad if you didn’t have to go through the whole: scanning, and then fetching data process. Additionally, the app always says that I have an update available, even after updating?
