I’ve been trading on Dukascopy’s platform for years now, and I can proudly say that their platform is surely one of the best in the industry.
The platform is user-friendly, highly dynamic, rich in features and with a very helpfully trading community...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basically, their JForex platform is the best I’ve used so far...

Very Average
The app is lacking in features. No way of adding lines to the charts, price alerts etc. The charts do not update correctly on occasions, which if you are trading live can be a problem.
The other Dukascopy app Swiss forex Fx is a much more feature rich polished app, don't understand why they seem to have put more effort into a app that their paying live account customers cannot trade from.
Needs some serious work to get it up to the likes of Netdania. Being able to add price lines and trade from the chart would be a good start.

Soo bad for such a good broker
Have the app developers ever used this app?
U have to put the pin code every time u switch to another app.
"Reconnecting" appears every time u switch app or sneeze or close an eye or whatever.
The charts takes too much time to download
Sometimes if u see one pair chart and switch to another one, it will keep showing the last one, when dealing with 10 lots trades in live, this is dangerous right?
Its a "must" to have the cross tool so u can tap and see the price in any place at the chart
I think this are the most annoying problems of this app..
Its a shame to see that software like mt4 is better than this one...

Poor Effort
The app has almost constant connection problems and prices aren't updated live, only delayed. It's almost unusable. I'm surprised that Dukascopy hasn't made a better app.
