Lots of software bugs
I have seen the same problems as other reviewer’s comments. It gets stuck on manual mode at times and the ‘away’ function also leaves it on manual mode. The ‘learning’ function does not work at all. The people on the help desk appear to know less about this product than I do. For a reputable company, the quality of this app and the support given is extremely disappointing. JG, you need to get your act together.

Seems unreliable
Have the JG Underfloor app, but it's very unreliable.
1. Doesn't keep to the program/schedule when it's manually changed once. I used to be able to turn off/on to get it back, but that stopped working.
2. When you return from 'away' mode doesn't return back to schedule
3. Setting scenes/automations is the only way to scheduling to work.
4. FAQs don't address thermostat controls issues
Can you provide some guidance on how to get the program functionality to work optimally?

Background temperature
Hi,
I want set my temperature to a constant 17c background temperature and have put this temperature in the app all the way through the start, open and close doors to finish but in the morning the temperature is about 15.
Am I doing something wrong?
