あまりにも出来が悪い
半年ほど我慢して使用していますが、あまりにも出来が悪いので書きます。
まず、常時モニタリングをしていても通信が切れることが多い。これは宅内WifiでもLTEでも起こるのでメーカー側のシステム上の問題と推測してます。
次にモニタリング中、音声が途切れて聞こえなくなることが多い。特にメインのデバイスで画面録画をしながら他のデバイスでも接続するとそのタイミングでメインのデバイスの音声がほぼ聞こえなくなります。再現性があるのでアプリの機能改善をして欲しい！！

改善を求む
録画モード→ある期間で録画する→時間をタップするとアプリが落ちます。
動体検知録画できるとのことでしたが、どうしても常時録画しかできず、すぐバッテリーが尽きてしまいます。

Mala aplicación
La app es muy mala, en los videos de las alarmas no se ve al objeto que lo activa.
Los invitados no pueden acceder a los vídeos.
Pero es cierto que la camara no pierde la conexión.

Una basura
Falla todo. No permite notificaciones en segundo plano. Muy inestable. No muestra vídeos grabados por saltos de alarma el 99% de veces
Non funziona audio dal Bluetooth..:
Audio solo da altoparlante del tel…non da auricolare Bluetooth….potete risolvere grazie
Notifications No Longer work
This app used to notify me whenever it detected motion. Nowadays it only gives me an alert of movement when I am using the app - which is a poor substitute. I look in Settings > notifications on iOS and JHCamera is not listed at all, so I can only assume the app needs to be updated to support sending notifications. A fix or any advice would be nice.

Waste of money
Doesn’t work with notification with iPhone, so you have no way of controlling camera... I bought 5 cams, what a waste

Cameras were working fine then both just stopped working. Won’t connect to anything. Tried reaching customer service and their email bounces back. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

when the camera detects movement, the recorded period is approximately 1min before the 6 second video! Bug to rectify asap please !!!

Does not work
Tried to follow instructions, it doesn’t work. When on their website. Tried to submit a message in the contact us page.. doesn’t work. Not quite sure what to do with my purchased product as it doesn’t work and there is no way to contact anyone for help.

I been using cam for a few days, but I needed to reset my wifi, now is not letting me connect it anymore, any help?
I found a way to connected back, make sure camera is connected to a plug, then reset it using the reset hole on the camera, once that happens jhcamera..xxx will show on the wifi section of your phone/tablet, etc choose jhcamera on your wifi and open app, it should give you the options to add device, tap on it and ad wifi manually, choose your wifi and enter your password then hit next, it may take a few attempts before connects to wifi.

Bene ma non funzionano le notifiche
L’app è ottima di per se, ma non svolge la funzione per cui ho acquistato il prodotto: avvisarmi quando qualcuno si avvicina. Pertanto, sarebbe perfetta se le notifiche funzionassero a dovere.

Una buona applicazione, molto intuitiva risponde subito ai comandi facile da capire, per favore non rovinate APP. Con gli aggiornamenti
