App is broken
Unable to even use the app. Always getting a “please check that you are connected to the internet” error
Don’t
My employer told me to use this app for tracking. Requires BOTH “always on” location tracking and facial recognition clock in- not just a picture but a full look up down & all around, just to clock in— and every single time… it said “success” then refreshed to the same screen asking me to clock in, then back to the facial rec again…. Did it 5 times before I gave up. Talk about a way to make an employee feel uncomfortable and untrusted. Do better, employers.

This app sucks
The actual time tracking is fine but the app sucks. It loads for 20 seconds on each page and makes you sign in every time you open it

There was a bug but the developers fixed it!
I loved Jibble! Selecting an activity and project was a part of the free plan for a while and it made organizing my tasks so convenient. Just when I got used to it, they switched this and other features to the premium plan with no warning. If you’re looking for a free app to organize productivity, chose something that’s authentically free.

Doesn't let you upgrade on mobile
It's literally a mobile app but I can't upgrade or manage my account from my phone. My employee got logged out and so when I try to login to fix the problem it tells me I have to go online from my desktop. It literally forces me to use the app from my phone and won't allow me to use safari to manage my account from my phone at all.

Great app!
I can’t believe this app is free! I’ve been paying for an app that does even less. I wish I found Jibble a long time ago.
Sucks
Can’t even clock in, error message is written in code, like I’m supposed to know what to do with no other instruction but to contact the developer. I’ll just stick with a simple spread sheet in notes. Sorry to trouble you.

Quick Sign and Registration
Most confusing app on iPhone
This is by far the most frustrating and confusing app to use. Tried using Jibble for my work and it does not cooperate at all. If you forget to clock out, goodluck trying to edit time entries without it popping out an error code. Watched May tutorial videos and none of them help.

Awesome app
I tried out 6 different apps for timesheets and chose Jibble as it had the most user friendly interface and functionality. Simple clock in and out, start and finish break times and export timesheets to excel and email. Perfect. Dead easy to use and no unnecessary stuff that the others had.

Constant Errors
I am getting constant error codes causing me problems clocking in and out on both the app and desktop. I imagine it’s not hard to make an app like this functional, but Jibble is proving me wrong.
