Annoying Facebook pop up
It’s really annoying that anytime I try to scroll on this app that I get a Facebook pop up in a browser that takes me away from the app then when I return to the app I have to start all over again because it acts like it’s lost connection!

Hello, I marked this review one star because I wasn’t sure if you would look at or see a five a five star. I placed my first order with your company and marked the items I would like to reorder as favorites. However, I noticed there is something missing that would be very helpful to have on the app. When you click on a product and view all the available colors, there is no heart or indicator showing which specific colors are marked as favorites.
Currently, when I click the favorite button, it saves the entire product with every color and size. It would be much more helpful if favorites could also be saved by color, so when I’m looking through the different color options, I can easily identify which ones I have already ordered and which ones I want to try.

Fast and great quality
I just started pressing tshirts and I received my 1st bulk order so I decided to order the shirts from this company all though I had never heard of them. During my ordering process which was very smooth! They gave me the opportunity to try out their digital printing for a low cost. So I did and boy was I impressed with the quality and strategic placement of the design. I will be using them again! Thank you! Oh and shipping was lightning fast like 1 day!

App Unusable
The app lets you use one single filter at a time. Useless search, and the website isn’t much better. This is common among these suppliers. They just don’t gas.
Do Not Order
I ordered a custom shirt that was supposed to arrive in a couple of days. It’s been weeks and the status shows “warehouse delay”. I sent an email to their orders email address and it BOUNCED. I’m having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Total ripoff.
Issues
Been having issues trying to see a mock up with a downloaded image. Tried using app, website on phone, computer- nothing is working!! Customer service can’t help

Can’t checkout with PayPal in the app, always goes to blank screen. Always have to get on browser on the use it to pay. App in also pretty slow at loading things, like favorites, orders and even the cart.

Transfers
Love the app to say the least. But…The transfers portion of the app is terrible. When my transfer tries to download, it always kicks me out. My size measurements always get thrown off after I’ve set them. Someone really needs to work on fixing the bugs that need it in the transfer dept. As easy and convenient as it should be, it’s NOT.

Annoying
It’s really annoying that you can’t edit items. Once saved a cart, you have to start all over instead of making a simple edit. Also annoying you have to upload image exactly there is no section to add text under your logo.
Not user friendly
I was hoping to order some vinyl stickers, but was unable to make changes to make them what I need. Tried using chat, and they were not at all helpful. I'm sure this could be a good service, and will check back at some point to see if I can order what I need.
Would give higher rating but
Having to delete and re download the app to add a different design is extremely annoying. Fix that.
App issues
Takes forever for the images to upload and sometimes stalls out when you go delete an image it says error then you have to close out app. It’s a nightmare wish I would have known uploading through website and uploading through app gives different quality dtf!! FYI upload through app if you can
