shet app I paid but I don't have access for

Paid for the app and it still asks me for I subscribe

I paid for a 1 year subscription and when I try to use it, it keeps asking me to subscribe. When I hit β€œrestore purchase β€œ it says it’s unable to perform that operation at this time”.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and the same thing happened.

I reached out to customer support and have heard nothing back.

IF they respond and fix this am I going to get credit for two days this app didn’t work or is it β€œtoo bad?” I’ll give them a few more days then I’ll go to apple and request a refund
