Bought the yearly subscription and it was completely useless. Can only swap with their premade videos and it turns out horrible.

Paid for the app and it still asks me for I subscribe
I paid for a 1 year subscription and when I try to use it, it keeps asking me to subscribe. When I hit “restore purchase “ it says it’s unable to perform that operation at this time”.
I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and the same thing happened.
I reached out to customer support and have heard nothing back.
IF they respond and fix this am I going to get credit for two days this app didn’t work or is it “too bad?” I’ll give them a few more days then I’ll go to apple and request a refund

first of all i thought i was getting a 3 day trial with my $15 annual subscription. the app is terrible. low quality videos. no search feature. i wanted to cancel the 3 day subscription, but apparently, i can’t and i lost $15.

You can’t even use this app to try it before you buy it, how is anyone suppose to know if they want to buy it if they can’t even try it out for a short period

I literally have another app that will do what this one does for free and does a better job… They don’t even let you test this app without sneaking some money out from under you just for keeping the thumbnails active… Go look for the free one instead of downloading this crap, it looks better anyway.
