December 10/23. Update…. Restarted iPad. Tab appeared for Christmas puzzles. All is well. Been playing since 2013. Thanks :). October 26/25 Hello everyone in puzzle land. Funny story… my device with puzzles became non responsive. But I had a backup in cloud. Able to restore everything. So relieved. Glad this app is supported. Thank you. 🙂
Dec.29/25 Curious moment(s) selecting a couple puzzles to line up. iPad(A16) tap puzzle/ blank content / tap again to close / tap again then it loaded ok to select. Weird. But puzzles worked. Nice :)

My favourite jigsaw app
I have been playing this jigsaw app for years and it is my absolute favourite. Easy to use with great puzzle options. Love the fact you can create your own and every year I look forward to the Christmas advent they do. It has become a part of my own little traditions!
Great App
Love this app, which I have used for years. Always works perfectly and it’s so good to still be able to do jigsaws when physical table space is at a premium. Am loving the advent calendar puzzles… thank you!
nice puzzle app
great selection of puzzles, however my only complaint is that every time I play a puzzle , i have to keep selecting the tray option, which is very annoying.
App Crashes
What has happened to this app? I’ve already submitted two emails to customer support that this app crashes every time I look at a puzzle in the store. I’ve restarted the app, restarted my device and I have more than enough room on my device to play. I’ve received no response. I once received an immediate response when I contacted customer service. I may need to delete as it is unplayable now.

Love this app!
Do multiple puzzles everyday. The calming background music and great selection of puzzles helps me relax. I highly recommend.
Used this game for years
I have used this jigsaw puzzle app for more than five years and I have been very pleased with it. It is easy to purchase puzzle sets and I really like being able to cut them in different numbers of pieces. thanks great product.
Puzzle pieces sticking
I have been using this app for a long time and I enjoyed it, but most recently I have a new iPad Air and the puzzle pieces moving up from the tray stick and won’t move until you either close the app or move a piece from the tray over them to dislodge it. Very frustrating. I will still use it for my smaller travel iPad but not for the one I use daily. I have tried to work with the rep to have the problem corrected but she doesn’t seem to be able to fix the problem.

Puzzle pieces
I have used this app for so many years but recently had to try to find another, why oh why have the shape of the pieces changed? I used to spend hours doing these jigsaws and theres no other as good. Please tell me i can change the shape of the pieces back to how they used to be
Free Monthly Puzzle Size changed?!?!?!
Was curious as to why the size of the puzzles have decreased from 252 pieces down to 208 pieces? I know myself and other players would like to see an increase in the size of the puzzles instead of a decrease! Please rectify this issue!!
Overpriced
Unfortunately, the charm of this App is diminished due to the price. Paying 99 cents and much more for any bumper packs as they are called is OTT. Most of the time at least 4 or more are not workable puzzles. Why are they so expensive. Such a shame.

AI Images??
Pretty sure the Christmas Advent calendar consists of (potentially unedited) AI images. There are too many oddities in the pictures, and the mansion puzzles have similar architecture. (The main difference being one’s a regular building and the other’s the gingerbread version of the same building.)
Have to admit I was so disappointed in the quality I couldn’t even finish the December 1st puzzle.

Great but…….
I love being able to upload my own images to create puzzles but I wish puzzles could be split into more pieces. I usually finish a 252-piece puzzle in less than an hour. It was okay at first but it’s kind of annoying after having done so many. I would like to be able to sit and get cozy with one puzzle for longer an hour.

I’ve been using this app for many years (maybe 10?),and I just love it!
You can get a free puzzle pack every month and I think the pack prices are very reasonable. There’s always some puzzle packs on sale as well, and many packs for children are free!
In the past, I had reached out to them for support, and their response was very quick and helpful.

Jigsaw Box
I have loved JigsawBox for years, but in the last few months the free monthly puzzles wouldn’t download. I tried to buy some, and it took my money, but didn’t download. I thought I had too many puzzles on my app, so I deleted a few and tried again to down.old new ones. NADA. So as a last resort, I deleted the app and lost all the puzzles I’d collected over the years. Now I can’t download the Jigsaw Box again. Hung up on a password and I got the message that is used too many tries. Help

I like to write reviews for great apps, which is what this is. However, I also am a former language arts teacher, and it is in my nature to see mistakes. In your advertising of sales for April 15, 2024, you have printed Colorful Bumbers #3 on the cover photo. I find things like this a lot (everywhere). Just wanted to let you know in case you didn’t already. My old hometown newspaper used to advertise that they printed something for everyone, even the mistake finders. Sorry/not sorry.

Being able to select puzzles for a bundle of my own. I usually enjoy the bundles you have but I’d like to see a place where I could buy puzzles for what…about 10¢ apiece out of a selection that you’ve make available. Throw 100 or so puzzles out there and let us choose our own. I’m pretty sure that I would spend more on those than looking for pictures of my own to make puzzles. 2. Have some puzzles available in portrait or square mode just for variety. 3. Have an option available for changes in the puzzle piece shape. For example, make all of the pieces resemble something or just in a different pattern. (My husband jokes that why do I care what the puzzles look like if all I’m doing is arranging the memorized places for the pieces. Hope that makes sense). See paragraphs below. I haven’t seen or heard anything for a long time. I still think I would spend more money on puzzles (I really like puzzles) if I had a little more say in what goes into the bundle. That way the old ones are still visible, and your new one will appear at the top and is easier to find. Thanks for your suggestion for "make your own bundle". We are thinking of adding something like this, which let's you chose your own puzzle images from the packs. That way you get exactly what you want, and not what we think you'd like! For your question about deleting / restoring, please contact our support team on email to Support@SparkleApps.com. We don't recommend deleting the app, as it means you'll lose your created puzzles.
