Cannot get the collection puzzles I had them once, but then they just disappeared and the calendar stopped working back in August 2024
Fix this, part II
I was just writing my review, & it suddenly disappeared, just like my puzzle did, & now I'm even more cranky. When you are working a puzzle, & have to leave the game for even a moment, when you come back, your puzzle is gone. I searched for it, then clicked on it, & it made me start over, just like everyone else is complaining about. I work puzzles to relax, & this is NOT relaxing!!! I've had this game for half an hour, & i've just deleted it. If the makers haven't thought about this much discussed problem, then NO ONE is going to play it!
So, if you enjoy losing your puzzle half way through, then by all means, down load this game!!!

Must finish puzzle in one session
It’s really annoying to be forced to finish a puzzle in one session. I get the puzzle to 50 to 98% complete, go eat lunch, and all my progress just disappears. I thought maybe if I paid for the puzzle i would not have the disappearing progress problem. Not so. Paid puzzles disappear also.

Why can’t I get a new daily puzzle, had the same one for nearly a week. Really like the puzzles but enjoy doing the daily ones. Still not getting daily puzzle, now nearly 3 weeks!!!!
Can’t complete puzzles
I always play the puzzles at the highest difficulty with the most pieces. When return to work on the puzzle, it has lost all my progress except a small amount of the outside pieces. This is very frustrating.
Does not save progress
Love this app if I have time to complete the puzzle in one setting otherwise it does not save my progress and you have to start all over.
Missing puzzle sections
I have this same app on my phone and it costs less coins to unlock puzzles and this app on my iPad is missing the new and Christmas section and it’s missing the search function in the app but it’s showing in the app on my phone please fix it on my phone it’s just called fun jigsaw puzzles
Even more annoying ads
Finally given up on this app. Freezes on adverts, always the tap to play ones. Unfortunately deleted for the last time and that’s a shame as the puzzles were good. Just far too annoying, especially as this is the only app that behaves like this
Puzzle board
I love this app but I only wish the puzzle board would zoom in and out

I would score higher but the app keeps closing me out when I’m almost done with a section and I lose that whole thing. I wish it saved….
Beautiful pictures
I had to uninstall this app as it was not saving my progress so quite frustrating a jigsaw I had nearly completed also disappeared it’s such a shame as I find these pictures so lovely and can’t find a similar jigsaw app it would also be helpful if you could zoom into parts of the jigsaw as it is hard to see the pieces when doing a large jigsaw

More variety
Too many skulls and hardly any puzzles of people of color. It is an enjoyable game.

I go on the app and it kick me out of the app I try like 3 times still kick me out please fix
Have to reinstall EVERY time I want to use it
The app has beautiful puzzles but the fact that I have to delete it and reinstall it every time I want to even open it is beyond irritating. And yes I keep everything up to date/install updates.

Can you make it so we can Zoom on the puzzle? It’s really hard to see.
