Frustrated
Hi Jigsaw countryside, let me start by saying your Jigsaw Puzzles are beautiful, but I have one big problem that your Jigsaw Puzzles pieces cease to move when you’re trying to place them, I had eventually had to delete your Jigsaw Puzzles because it just wasn’t working and at first I thought it was maybe an Internet glitch but all my other games and Jigsaw Puzzles all work fine. So I hope you fix this big issue.

Every time I go into your app to do a puzzle it freezes and it doesn’t work fix it

The puzzle pieces are too hard to move. Plus, they do not go back into the tray easily at all. I liked the puzzle pictures but I am done fighting this.
Puzzles are supposed to be fun NOT Frustrating!!!
Your puzzle pieces are too small - your frame is not secure which sucks the fun out of any puzzle you attempt! I will be deleting ASAP!
Slow?
This is the BEST puzzle game! I’ve gone through 10 in the past week trying to find a good one. This hands down has the absolute best selection and pictures! They’re so cute and whimsical and do not look AI generated. BUT the game wants to freeze up now and then during an ad or while I’m scrolling through pictures. I’m absolutely keeping it HOPING it’s something fixable.

Good, But Could Be Improved
The pictures are exactly what I like in a jigsaw puzzle, but there are several issues that need improving. First, it would be nice to have the option of landscape mode which I greatly prefer. Secondly, once you take a piece out of the tray to try it, you can’t put it back. Thirdly, the preview picture is so tiny, it’s pretty much useless. This app has great potential with gorgeous pictures; it just needs some tweaks.

I subscribed for a year to prevent the ads but the ads still come with every puzzle. I paid nearly $70 for the year, I’ve done everything I can think of to fix it, nothing has worked. Google says they are working to fix it but that was a while ago and still nonstop ads with every single puzzle. I unsubscribed but it won’t take effect for a year so I basically just lost my money. Great puzzles, lousy app!! I would give it 5 stars if it would work properly.

Used to be great.
I have enjoyed completing many puzzles in this app. However lately it is freezing constantly. Please fix the issues with this app before I have to delete it.
