I’ve always loved jigsaw puzzles and I’ve tried many apps. This is by far the best!! I’m renewing because I is the best you will find and believe me I tried others.

I love this puzzle App. You can upload your own photos or artwork and turn it into a 2,000 plus piece work of art. Then you can send the whole jpeg to Fracture and have it framed under glass.
The frustration is that when you have completed your 2,000 piece work of art work. The puzzle that took you two or three days, there are pieces of the puzzle that are missing.
It says that your puzzle is 100% complete and you can’t go back to it after it’s finished.
The puzzle pieces are no where to be found or a couple show up backward and won’t fit.

Tried them all
I think I’ve tried all the puzzle apps now and this has been the best on.
Sorting not optimal
The daily puzzle does not sort so you have to scroll through all the puzzles to find the days puzzle. It also has a problem downloading puzzles. For weeks now it hasn't downloaded any of the puzzles, so when I finish all the available puzzles that are downloaded I will have to delete this app.
Fun puzzles lots of breaks
Thepictures on the puzzles are fun but every5 minutes they stop for an ad.

I would’ve given the jigsaw Puzzle game 5 stars but I paid twice. .99 each and never got credit for it. I contacted them several times and got no response. Very disappointed with this app.

I did what you said. I wrote to that 2-3 times never ever received a response. My old iPad is hard to charge anymore so I can’t always get to put the puzzles together.

Glad puzzle of the day is back. Note to other users: you must place at least ONE piece correctly in order to have the puzzle saved in Puzzles in Progress. Now I place each corner piece before quitting.

WAS Very satisfying…NOT anymore
Glad puzzle of the day is back, But each time I choose a puzzle of the day it vanishes when I check my puzzles in progress. Very poor customer support. Waste of time emailing because the message always bounces, and the in-app message center is full! I’m ready to delete this app.

Great app
This is a great app if you like relaxing and letting go of all your stress. The puzzle collections are wonderful and so colorful. I love seeing great place from all over the world. My favorites are the colorful puzzles.

Whether you have five minutes or half an hour, this will keep you occupied. It’s as simple or as difficult as you want it to be. 10/10

Randomly deletes puzzles
I originally loved this app, there were lots of puzzles to choose from but then all my puzzles disappeared, for a second time, including all the ones I purchased. The first time it happened I did get support from the company but only after I pestered them, however, they were very fair with me. When it happened again and I reached out for support no one replied to my messages. I have tried via Messenger and email but it has been a few months now and I haven't heard anything so I can't give it any more than one star. Don't waste money on this app and prepare for disappearing content if you do.

Beautiful puzzles.
There are always between 5-6 pieces missing on the 20+ puzzles I’ve done. Rather frustrating.

Love this Game
I had to change iPads and I redownloaded this game but can not get my ID number back. So heartbroken. I worked so hard! I paid for upgrades. Lost everything. :(
