Malicious advert
An advert for a ‘PDF reader’ has totally blocked my jigsaw plus app. I have used your app for years and have never encountered this situation before. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, please sort it out.
Impassable Ad problem
For a long time I have really enjoyed the great puzzles on this app until recently when I can’t get past an ad asking me to update my PDF file. I cannot get rid of it whatever I do so it won’t let me into the game. Please sort it out otherwise your puzzle game will become unusable.
Great app spoiled by impassable ads
I’ve been using this for many months and, for most of the time, the ads have not been a problem. However, and not for the first time, for the past 24 hours I’ve been unable to get past a ******* Candy Crush ad and it’s driving me crazy. Clicking on the “X” to leave the ad has no effect. The only way out is to close the app and try again. After a dozen or more tries I was driven to distraction and so am now writing this bad review. Get these ads sorted!

Update made this unusable
I used to be able to download puzzle packs, but ever since the updates there’s no option for it anymore.. I tried reporting the problem but it directs you to a website of the developer that’s not even active.
Ads
Unable to open the app to finish a puzzle, ads pop up and no way to exit , now it’s frozen! So annoyed! Have been doing puzzles on here for years this is the first time I can’t get out of a blank screen! Thanks to Google ads!
Poor help
Had this for years, now it’s just stuck I’ve added new puzzles but not showing and won’t open, just shows completed ones
Crappy app
Can’t get new puzzles from the puzzle store. It just keeps buffering and nothing comes up.
Love but 30 Second Ads?
This is the best jigsaw puzzle I’ve found and I’m totally cool with the 5 second ads. 30 seconds is just too long. How about an option to pay a minimal amount to get rid of them?
pretty good but…
i was doing a 1400 piece puzzle, and two pieces got stuck to the background. i can’t move them around, can’t put it back into the tray either. i’m gonna be soooo mad if the puzzle can’t be completed due to those two pieces glitching out 😤😠
Needs better background colors
I really enjoy doing these puzzles, but quite often I find that I cannot find a suitable background color on which to work. So for this reason, I think this app needs some improvement.
Five stars (revised from previous review of four)
I like the Jigsaw Puzzle Plus upgrade in 2022. I like having all of the edge pieces at the top of the tray. But, has there been a tweak to put some on the bottom as well? I like seeing all of the puzzles within a category all at once. I’m glad I was able to get back to no ads since I had already purchased the app years ago. I love the variety of puzzles selections! I like the option to change the background color of the puzzle field. So, in spite of a few glitches with the upgrade that I experienced during the first day or so after the upgrade, I’m very pleased with the app. I play it on an iPad exclusively, btw. The only thing I would recommend is that there should be instructions on the options or a guide to how to navigate the app. For some people, it may be frustrating getting into or out of a puzzle, for example. Or, finding where the sound or flash options are. Thank you!
Update on April 1, 2023: I’m still enjoying Jigsaw Puzzle Plus. I have two requests, though. Is it possible to have captions on the photos? Also, is it possible to add a feature where a user can send a photo of the puzzle they just finished to someone and also to tweet it, too?

Missing pieces
I just worked two different puzzles. One had two missing pieces and the other had one. These are puzzles from my library and 1400 pieces each VERY unhappy about this FIX THIS NOW!!!!!!
Hate the update
This was a great puzzle game but now the pieces just don’t flow like they used to. I will be deleting unless there is a way of backing up the old version.
Disappointing
Just had another look to see if the developers have acknowledged the reviews. Waste of time. No improvement on the game itself, still as awful following the update and no response from developers to any comments.
Lost puzzles
I loved this app it was my favourite, but when it automatically updated I lost all my saved puzzles, and they have changed the layout which I hate !
Used to be Excellent
Decline in functionality since I wrote this review. Ads are right next to the tray of pieces, and it's hard to avoid clicking an ad when trying to drag in a piece. That often takes you out of the game, and when you go back in it's messed up, sometimes having lost pieces or even wiping everything out. Very frustrating. Just lost everything when I had only 7 pieces of 260 left to place. It's a shame because the puzzles themselves are excellent, but I'm looking for a new app. The best jigsaws out there. The number of difficulty options and of different puzzles make this exceptional. Have never encountered a bug or a boring puzzle. Kudos to the developers.

Very Disappointed!
I have used this app for years and it was great! Now, you’ve changed it and I have lost all the weekly puzzles I had saved! The design is too simplistic and boring. I wish I could go back to before you updated! 😤
Jigsaw puzzle
Je n’aime pas non plus la nouvelle version tout ce que j’aime c’est les fonds d’écran. Les puzzles débarquent facilement quand on bouge l’endroit où elles sont à droite. Même le nouveaux bruit quand on insert une pièce dans une autre me dérange. Je jouais très très souvent avec cette app mais là je ne sais plus…
