Jigsaw Puzzle question
Downloaded Jigsaw Puzzle Pro/Premium. I thought once I’d done this the non pro version would disappear and the coins etc would be incorporated in the Pro version. I have instead 2 versions of the game on device is this correct and if I delete the non pro version would both disappear!

Great App, SLIMY tricks
The functionality and design of the app is 5 star - I love the trays,the snap function, the various levels of difficulty by number of pieces AND by turning rotation off and on. I love the variety of puzzles available for free and in paid packs. I love the option to create a custom puzzle and being able to adjust the background table color and texture. I love the peek and preview options - fantastic!! But I DETEST the pop-ups every time I go to the Home Screen, particularly the more recent insidious adjustment that requires a SIGNIFICANT delay before the X appears for the user to close the window. This feels slimy and manipulative, particularly in an app in which I have already paid for the ad-free version and in which I already purchase puzzle packs regularly. I also HATE the constant pop-ups for pins or whatever side quest that I have NO interest in. You’re ruining an incredible app with these absurd, manipulative, cheap grabs.

Far too many ads for a game I bought
It was a lot of fun, especially being able to make my own photos into puzzles, but now it’s filled with ads and my own puzzles are nearly impossible to find! It does need more board space to set up unused pieces but that issue has been somewhat resolved.

I’ve worked hundreds of puzzles on this app over the last 13 years…this was, by far the BEST one. Not only beautiful but very mentally challenging. Wish I could find another just like it.
Love it
Have used it for years and still enjoy. Such a wide variety of puzzles. I like that I can play the free puzzle of the day or buy a complete pack for a very nominal cost - and can also add to my inventory with coins I earn playing. I can say that it is one of the few app developers who listen to their customers. I’ve reported annoyances once or twice and ta-da, the next update has an improvement!

This is the most relaxing game that I play in the evenings. It is both pleasing to the eyes and not interrupting.

Awful, you pay for the app and then have to pay for the puzzles. And they are ugly puzzles.
I’m done
I paid for the Pro app to reduce ads. Now it has more ads than the free version, which I also play. Plus, I play the special events where you can earn extra coins and it won’t give me enough tokens to win after playing multiple eligible puzzles…always one token short even though I played the appropriate puzzles and watched multiple ads. In two recent special events I received only 777 coins while my free version “claimed” 5000. This most recent event I received nothing. It used to be my favorite app. Goodbye.

The picture puzzles are nice with a large variety to choose from.

Have used the app for issue and thoroughly enjoyed it. A couple of weeks ago I started getting spammed with ads. I see several people reported it and yay! It is fixed!
Well what can I say ,love ,love love it.
This is my go to game that I use to unwind everyday..This is a fantastic game , I have been playing it for years .The only thing that I would like to see change is,the puzzles they put up to buy for coins ( we can earn coins throughout the day,and is well worth taking the time to collect) there are very few coin puzzles and most of the coin ones that are put up are not worth playing,so please guys think of us little people that don’t always have spare cash to buy puzzles and put up some decent and fun puzzles for coin.Overall you will not regret playing “Jigsaw Puzzle “……….

Bombarded with forced ads
I have the pro version (no ads) and love the puzzles I have purchased many packs with no problem until this week. Now after every completed puzzle there may be up to 3 forced ads for rival products and I can’t close the windows until ad is done and an App Store window opens for me to buy the product. iPad locks up and I have to close app and try later. Also, instruction boxes keep popping up telling me what each icon on the drop down bar at top of puzzle is for while I’m doing the puzzle.

Piece Limit is 100
The free puzzles on the Home Screen have a piece limit of 100. :( Before you could choose a larger amount of pieces. This would be a 5 star rating otherwise.

Annoying
Latest update has too many ads and pop ups during play; constantly distracting concentration and taking away any enjoyment of actually completing the puzzle. I plan to replace this app with another.
Ads, ads and more ads
I gave this app a good review because I started having less pop up ads … then bang, I spend almost as much time waiting for the ad to play out before I can close it then I spend doing a puzzle. I am thoroughly disappointed now and I have had this for a couple of years.

Ads are killing the joy
The last week or so, my PRO version of Jigsaw Puzzle has started showing me endless ads. I sometimes have to exit all and restart to end the ad. In the middle of a puzzle that I BOUGHT I’m thrown over to an ad that takes well over a minute until I can exit and get back to my puzzle. I use this app to unwind/relax. Trying to find the X to end a series of ads is sucking the joy right out of it. Please stop the madness so I don’t have to stop using the app.
