What is going on?!
All of the puzzles I had saved and in progress are gone. I pay a subscription and now it feels completely pointless. There’s barely anything to choose from anymore and all of the creators are gone too. Is this a fluke or was a complete overhaul done without notice? Please let me know so I can decide to cancel instead of paying for something I no longer enjoy.

Fantastic
This puzzle game is amazing. Lots of different categories to choose from. I liked it so much I subscribed and am now into my second year. No glitches at all. I have lost pieces to complete on a couple but if you click the arrow key at the top of the board the piece pops up again for you to complete the puzzle. I think it’s £20 something for an annual subscription.

What happened?
So I loved this app, I’ve bought it two years ago and have been playing consistently since then. Yes the adds are annoying but at least they’re short. The variety of puzzles was great and it’s super relaxing. BUT I open it up yesterday and most of my saved puzzles are gone. The puzzles selection has substantially been reduced. What happened!?

Heart sank
Today is a very sad day. Without warning, ALL my completed puzzles gone. I‘m devastated. Searched every category to redo them, gone! It gets worse….
I can‘t find a single puzzle I like from all the new pictures they now have. This puzzle app WAS by far the best. I was working on a puzzle, took a 5 minute break, and returned to finish it and BAM, just like that, everything gone! My completed ones, my ones in progress, all blank. I wish I would have screen shotted my completed ones. Their new selection is dismal, I feel like I have lost a friend.

ADS! I have enjoyed this game so much. But I’m on a fixed income and I can’t afford $50/year not to have to PUT UP WITH ADS! This game was part of my relaxation therapy but no more. SHAME ON YOU FOR GETTING GREEDY!!!
Coins
Not sure what the point of the coins are for except to play the events . Also would be better if puzzles played during events were also marked as finished in the normal play way.
Why?
The app is ok, but why do I have to use my coins to continue a puzzle that’s already been started???

Ads Galore
This app has a ton of puzzles to choose from and some are quite challenging. I enjoy them. However, beware…the free version has tons of looooong ads. No problem… I paid for an annual premium version but it ALSO has ads. And from what I’ve read, the ads are for apps you do NOT want to use for various security concerns. So, keep that in mind moving forward.

Finding Puzzles
My favorite puzzle app I have found, but I really wish daily I could search for puzzles by keywords in the name like some apps have! This would make it easier to find puzzles!

I absolutely hate all the ads! Deleted because of them. Only gave two stars because at least the ads were after the puzzle and not during.
Paid for no ads
I enjoyed puzzles but was frustrated by constant ad interruptions. So I paid to have an ad-free experience. No ads for first day, then they started back up. This was meant to be a relaxing experience for my anxiety, instead it was just more frustration
Too many ads while in the middle of a puzzle
Just awful! At least five ad interference while solving last puzzle I was working on. Oftentimes, the puzzle would stop on an ad and would not let me continue. I finally deleted the app because of the frustration it would cause….
Jigsaw Puzzle Universe
I do like the puzzles they are very fun. Could you please have the add videos to before the puzzle and after the puzzle. But I don’t like the add videos when playing during the puzzles. Could you please change it to before and after the puzzles please. Not during the puzzles. Thank you for listening. If it gets changed I would give you a 5 star review.

Glitches badly
Used to play daily and enjoy the puzzles but since the last update it now glitches and there’s a lag when moving pieces. It’s really getting annoying that I don’t play it much now and contemplating deleting it.
