How does this happen if the player isn’t cheating somehow?

The game has been fun until a couple days ago. There’s a woman named Helen who seems to play when I do. Otherwise she is quiet. Right now she was quite a bit behind me, but now she’s caught up again. Why is she quiet until I play, then she gets ahead of me again.

Hard to find
For some reason, two different times the app was deleted. I have enjoyed working these puzzles and it was so hard to find. I have written down the full name, so if I have the app deleted, I can easily download the app again. I am seventy-six and the app really does keep my brain active, which I have heard is importantly for seniors. Thanks. David K. Knight

Too many adds and expensive
Well, I really like the puzzles, and the variety of shapes of pieces. I would be willing to pay a reasonable amount to get rid of the ads, but not repeated payments. And there are A LOT of ads. Thanks but no thanks. Unless you’re willing to spend a hefty amount, you’ll spend the majority of your time watching ads. Uninstalling and finding a more reasonably priced one.
