Horrible!
I went on the app wanting to get a 10 pack of smirnoff double blacks, however, the only options were a four pack and an eight pack; smirnoff does not carry eight packs, i had to get two four packs so jimmy brings could get more money. i could have gone to a bottle shop and got a ten pack cheaper than what i paid to them. i ordered the ‘eight pack’ and about an hour later got a notification my driver was arriving, so i went out side to meet them. i ended up waiting in the rain outside for about 25 minutes because my tracking map showed that my driver was at macdonalds! i then contacted customer service and they gave me an automated reply of ‘hi there’ then continued to not reply. do not recommend, just drive to the bottle shop to avoid this big mess of a company.

Friday night at home alone finished off my 6pack and only being 5 minute drive up the road I thought I should just give this mob a call and check them out since I couldn’t drive,
Was pretty cool though met the driver he was a lad and I could track them with the deliver so cool.

Best alcohol delivery
It’s fast, arrives cold, and there are great deals and loyalty programs! 10/10 would recommend.
Only “flaw” is the loyalty deals or recommend a friend codes aren’t easy to access once you’re in checkout. You have to go out of checkout and copy it. But as flaws go, it’s definitely not a deal breaker! But something to remember when you’re ordering.

Brilliant idea, sensational service
I didn’t not believe that I could get alcohol delivered this quickly, this easily - but I was genuinely happy to be proved wrong. Jimmy Brings is a sensational service that was quick, easy, and affordable. The app was super easy to use, the alcohol was freezing cold, and it came within 25 minutes from ordering. Nothing but good things to say about Jimmy Brings.

I was notified that my order would be 30 minutes late but it arrived 10 minutes before the original delivery time
Quarantine wine!
We used the app to order a couple of bottles of wine while stuck in quarantine. Super easy, and wine arrived promptly.

I had the best experience today with alcohol delivery. The customer service was amazing and the delivery was so quick! Not even 20 minutes! I don’t live in Australia so I couldn’t use the app for delivery but I called their phone line and it was super easy. Will recommend to anyone visiting Sydney that doesn’t have a car! Will for sure use again

Quick, Easy and Affordable
Used the JimmyBrings App while in quarantine and found it very easy to use. The only hiccup was trying to put a US phone number in. Other than that all went smoothly and my bottle of Malbec arrived 30 mins later. Great service and I will definitely use again. Cheers🍷

Failed to Deliver
I set up an account, placed an order, and paid for it. Received the confirmation e-mail right away that the charge had gone through. The order details said 15-30 minute delivery, but I’m still waiting 3 hours later. Furthermore, there is no way to cancel the order, and they do not answer e-mails to customer service. As soon as I can confirm I received a refund, I’m deleting the app and my account.

OMG I Love Jimmy Brings!
What a great idea for a service and one I really hope goes from strength to strength. I’ve only used it once so far but expect it will become a staple. Plenty of choice at various price points, good app, easy to use, simple tracking of order status, quick delivery and the nicest delivery person imaginable. Probably not for a full cellar restock, but for quick turnaround when needed it’s brilliant. Go, Jimmy’s!

Won’t let order because it says app needs to be updated. App is updated and doesn’t work. Called three times and no one answers. Terrible service.
Finally a decent delivery service in Adelaide!
So happy to be able to have drinks and snack delivered quickly at night in sleepy Adelaide. This service is half the price of the big boys (airtasker, Dan Murphy, BWS).
All of the major chains apps came out with a bang, advertising delivery in 30 min etc in Australia but Adelaide was left behind, with orders after midday often not coming until the next day (or even until the next Monday or Tuesday if it’s near the end of the week) and delivery plus order minimum ends up being very expensive.
As a vision impaired person I can’t just jump in the car like other people and finally have some more independence and it’s affordable. I’ve been recommending these guys left and right.
Update - just wanted to say thanks for changing to plain bags. I have very nosy neighbours and even though I am a once a month drinker at most, I could hear them gossiping about my having alcohol delivered. Now as far as they know it’s Uber Eats. Now I just have to listen to them gossiping about me ordering food LOL.

Awesome service, Fantastic app!
Super easy App to order lockdown beers! The beer was delivered, COLD, to my hotel in less than :30 minutes. The app was easy to navigate and order from. The only difficulty was putting on my overseas phone number. Finally cheated a little and got it In. It was super nice to have a cold beer inn quarantine! Thank you!

Not what I ordered
I would have thought that for such a limited variety I would have expected to at least get what I paid for. Instead of calling and being like sorry we don’t have that in stock they substituted with a completely different type of whiskey because you know it all tastes the same apparently.
Wouldn’t have been such a huge issue to just return it if I wasn’t in isolation, though if I wasn’t id have just gone and got my boos my self.
Great customer service though. And the lady on the phone was as helpful as possible. I’ll just be sober tonight as a result.

Great but the tech needs work
Awesome company - but your app/tech needs a lot of work, it’s crashed for the last week and it’s pretty difficult/impossible to know if/when my order is coming.
