Boots will not heat without app. Can’t use app
Gets stuck at registration and will not send confirmation email. Don’t buy boots if wanting to use for added heat.
Setup/registration
I wish I read the previous review before I bought the boots. The boots are beautiful and warm. But when I am starting to register for the boots on the app, I got stuck at validating my email. I have been requested send the link for email validation but never received the email since yesterday. So now I am stuck on this step. It safe to assume that I can’t control my boots temperatures without the app and since I can’t move further with registration process that step is no longer available.

App does not work
So looks like the $600 boots I bought that have the technology to heat up with the assistance of this app does not work.
If you are thinking of buying the JC boots and it has the option of using this app then I suggest you pass on the purchase and if you bought a pair in hope of using this app I would return the boots.
The boots still look cute but would be nice to be able to use the “technology” to use the function of the heating. FYI you must use the app to work the heating technology in the boot.

App never works
I’ve been trying to use this app after purchasing my boots about 3 years ago and after an update shortly after made my boots heated mode completely useless. Was told to contact the developers and they said it’s J.C’s issue, is this why you’re shutting down your stores? I feel scammed by both companies. SHAME ON YOU!

Amazing customer service
My boots were not connecting and therefore would not heat up. After back and forth with customer service, a technician called and helped me resolve the issue. It took 5 minutes and my boots work now! The person (Barbara)I was in contact with was very helpful and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

Never works!
Will let you connect to shoes but never gives you the controls. With the latest update it now will not get you past the log in screen! Jimmy Choo is unable to help with any of the issues. The app does not work and you can only control the shoe Hester via the app.

FRAUDULENT APP
Can’t even log in without the app quitting unexpectedly. Doesn’t work even a little bit. Feeling pretty scammed for a 2,000 dollar shoe....
