Whatever mention on your application it’s wrong . Actual fact is your staff not following. Engine oil not same brand in the application. Filter I’m not sure it’s new . Oil was open bottle . Last 15 year in dubai this first time I’m seen like this . Always first and last your service. Thank you

I have used the JINO app 3 times. Every time the officer is on time and professional. I would definitely recommend both the app as it is easy to use and the services as they are done with professionalism and pride.

Constant phone calls
I signed up for the app, I intended to use it.
Since I have I’m constantly being called. I told them not to call me, I book a wash when I ready (my car is currently in the garage).
I’m still getting calls. Terrible customer service.

Best service ever
The staff is very friendly and proactive. I had made a booking for the same day but unfortunately they were fully booked so they called and requested me to postpone it for the next day. From the person on the call to the gentleman who came to clean my car - they were all very polite and nice. I will be using this service regularly because of how convenient it is! Loved my experience!!
