Excellent Features

One of the user-friendly apps as compared to other CPOs in market. It makes really convenient for the users to initiate charging on Jio-bp Pulse Network. The navigation feature is the best one to locate the EV Charging Stations in new cities.

It’s okay now but need improvement

APIs are working now and able to login. It should have a feature to withdraw the amount from wallet to account.

Can’t even Register

There was nothing wrong with the previous app. Asking me to migrate to another app without saving my data. Facing issues in registration. Cannot charge anymore with JIO-BP.
Not only was it expensive, it has become obsolete now.

Okish app. Migration to the new app was bad

Old app is forcing me to use new app and new app says I am not allowed to use it as I am new customer. How dumb you need to be to do that. Can’t maintain up time of a charging network??

Ps: Now the app works but not very easy to use. Ui needs improvement
