Whenever i opens app it says to download another jio pro app, and i cannot swipe back that notification and forced to download new app. New app is another comedy that doesn’t allow to sign in.

App works seamless and updated frequently. All the stations are maintained 24 hr and customer support team helps promptly. Cash back scheme also greatly adopted.
Amazing Infrastructure
I usually don’t post reviews but I have to appreciate the facility and infrastructure that Jio BP is providing. They have huge charging hubs and provide on ground support to identify your suitable charger and in case you face any issues - something that no one else is providing. It’s always irritating to reach a charging station and not know which charger to use or face glitches in getting the charger to work but here you can charge stress free with a jio bp professional on the ground to support in case required. Great work!

Never try this app
There is no customer support and they brutally taking 100 as reserve cash of no purpose and non refundable I wanted to close the account and initiate the refund which they don’t wanted to do

Awesome experience.
Great experience charging my EV at Reliance Jio BP! The process was smooth, the staff was very helpful, and the charging speed was excellent. Highly recommended.
Pathetic
This app doesn’t offer you to search charging stations for specific places. You can only look for nearest charging stations. Also, it doesn’t tell you the exact time for occupied charging slots. With such a big infrastructure they need to come up with updated and glitch fixes.
Reservation is usless
Please rectify the issue.
If I reserve a charger i should be able to use the charger for that particular time selected, but in this app if I reserve a slot, even i cannot use the charger, if even i cannot use the reserved slot what is the use of reservation.
Other companies allow to use the charger to me of I reserve the slot with OTP.

Can’t make pre-reservation.
I’ve used this app twice to charge my Nexon EV at the same charging station. The app has all the features I mostly use.
The reserve feature does not allow me to edit the date and time to reserve a charging point. It is waste to have a reservation feature if we can’t make pre-reservation.
Saver packs - I don’t know what that feature is. But the section is always empty. There is nothing in it.
While charging the vehicle, the information on how much energy is consumed, and time taken, doesn’t refresh very often.
Apart from them, the application is smooth.

Not many chargers on Nashik highway and Shirdi highway
Happy with the infrastructure would request chargers on Nashik highway and Shirdi highway . Also in Nashik did not find many chargers. Pls would request reducing the charges. Almost I have observed that chargers are concentrated in Mumbai and Gujarat highway rest of Maharashtra is left out

The charging station was without man power
One of the EV user had kept the car on charging and the charging session was completed.
Still the EV parking was not vacated and nobody was there to resolve.
I had to park my EV on the other side and extend the wire and charge.

Fast UI for Fast and Slow Charging as well
I used Jio BP Pulse chargers for my 2WEV Scooter many times. And it is always smooth experience to charge at these charging stations in my office premises. Loved the services and features in app.
