While the JIO Career App offers a range of useful features, the current UI design needs significant improvement to provide a better user experience.
Firstly, the number count displayed in circles on the dashboard appears cut off at the bottom, detracting from the overall visual presentation. Additionally, within the job description pages, the UI elements — particularly the scrollbar header — are not well-executed and appear unrefined. The experience further deteriorates upon clicking the "more" button, as the bottom tab that opens displays a close button and header that are not visually appealing or user-friendly.
These UI issues collectively impact the app’s usability and leave users with a less-than-ideal experience. Improvements in these areas would significantly enhance user satisfaction and overall engagement with the app.

App crashing
I applied for a role in jio and received mail that the test has been scheduled but when I downloaded the app to give the interview as soon as I log in the app crashes I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling . I am trying to give the test for past 4-5 days.

Worst app ever
Stuck at loading screen. When you try to log in again, it says session still active! What am i supposed to do? Wait at loading screen for an hour!?
Not able to submit test
Was giving test now for graduate trainee position while submitting the 4 section of the test it got stuck on submitting for more than 8 min then the app crashed and now when I am trying to again give the test it showing previous section active

Video not found problem
When i start my video test i record my video after then i click on green tick, then one notification comes and it says thay video not found record it again. I recorded it 100 times but still not submitting it.

TEST ISSUE
I want to give a test for the internship on this app and i have tried multiple times but it just crashes everytime i click on the answer of the question. How will i be able to crack the test if it doesn't let me take the test only costing me a huge career loss.

Unable to Login
Trying to login my profile on my laptop but when I login here it doesn’t recognise my account. God knows how i’m going to complete these assessments that I have been sent OTP and codes for.
Unable to complete test
I tried multiple times but unable to give test, app doesn’t load properly, after completing 1 part of test it will directly put you on home page and then facing same issue to resume the test
Works only on Mobile data. Not on wifi.
I tried hundred times in 2 days. But every time app would crash immediately after opening. I really wonder how a company with such a great strength, super mind employees and current number 1 in telecom sector can make such worst app.
Anyways, after trial and error the solution I found is that if it has to work, it will work on mobile data only. With wifi it has some issue in connectivity.

Alert error
I have given my assessment a week ago, but now when I’m trying to open the app to check for updates, it’s giving an Alert Error and telling to Please try again later.
Waste of time
Guys if you can't develop an app please don't go for it. Especially such career apps. We are here to apply for jobs not just for time pass. They scheduled a test and when I logged in I was unable to take the test. I am not discouraging you guys. But just work on the app and resolve the issue. Regardless other reviews I installed and I was greatly disappointed.
